Anchor With Numbers
Vague stories fade. Stories with specific numbers stick: "I reduced onboarding from 6 weeks to 11 days" beats "I improved onboarding" every time. A real figure gives the interviewer something exact to picture, repeat, and trust when they compare candidates later.

No hard metric? Use a comparison: "first in the department," "fastest in team history," or "largest account that quarter." Numbers and comparisons give the interviewer ammunition in the hiring committee: a line they can quote when your name comes up.
