Make It a Working Conversation

The third pass happens in the room: turn research into a working exchange. Ask, "If this role succeeds in the first 90 days, which problem should be visibly better?" Then connect your answer to that problem. You are not proving you Googled them; you are showing how you would think beside them.

Map each interviewer to a lens: execution for the hiring manager, strategy for the skip-level, culture for peers. When they answer, build on it with a tradeoff or next step. Research should help you reason with them, not recite facts at them.
