Turn your audit into a 90-day action plan with three priorities. For each, define specific behaviors you will practice weekly — not vague aspirations like "communicate better."

Share the plan with your manager and review it together every month. This signals maturity and creates accountability, the same way OKRs do, except they are about you. A visible development plan is itself a promotion signal — it shows self-awareness and drive. The best plans include one stretch goal just outside your comfort zone, where the fastest growth happens.
