Calendar Before Script

Before drafting any scripts, pull a 60-day calendar. Mark visible wins, manager stress peaks, product launches, and company decision windows. Timing is where those layers overlap — a narrow zone where your evidence is fresh and the business can still act.

Name your timeline, but let them name the money. Share your deadline or decision date freely; that is process, and it builds urgency. The actual salary figure is different: let the company say it first, so you hear their range before you anchor too low.
