The Specific-Intro Formula
Every effective introduction has the same structure: who you are connecting, why they should care, what's in it for each side, a short bio beat, the next step. Written after a thoughtful moment, it reads as generous — which is why intros shape reputations.

Always ask both sides first before introducing. A warm pre-check — "I'd love to connect you with a contact of mine; any objection?" — takes thirty seconds and protects both the relationship and your judgment as a connector.
