Your keep-in-touch system can be a spreadsheet or a CRM. What matters is that it tracks three things: who to contact, when to contact, and what to say. Columns: Name, Tier, Last Contact, Next Contact, Notes. Each week reach out to whoever sits at the top.

Keep-in-touch messages die when they look bulk-sent. The formula that gets replies: three sentences, one specific memory, one update from your side, and no ask attached — blank space is what signals you're not transacting.
