Rotating the Roster

The failure mode of most keep-in-touch systems: the same ten people get all the attention, the other fifty quietly cool.

Fix this with a simple rotation. Assign each Tier 2 contact a calendar month. In their month, you reach out once with something genuine. Twelve months cover all sixty people, so no one ever wonders where you disappeared to.

Once a year per contact is enough to stay warm — close enough that the door stays open, far enough that every message still lands as thoughtful, not bulk.
