LESSON 1 · Speak Up at Work

The Daily Practice

Confidence compounds with daily reps. Each morning, identify one moment where you'll speak with deliberate confidence — a meeting, a call, or a hallway conversation.

Track your confidence moments weekly. Note what worked, what felt awkward, and what you'd change. Keep a brief journal: rate each moment from 1-10 and note what triggered the higher scores. Within about a month, confident speaking becomes your default mode, not a special effort — and the patterns show you how to repeat your best reps on purpose.
