Anchor Phrases for Mind Blanks
When your mind goes blank, reach for a prepared anchor phrase: "Let me frame this clearly" or "The key point here is…" It buys you a few seconds — and to the room, it sounds deliberate, not stuck.
Pick three and rehearse them until they come without thinking. Write them on a card by your screen. Within a few weeks you'll reach for them automatically, and the blank moment stops feeling like a cliff.
