Email Power Swaps

Replace 'Just checking in' with 'Following up on our discussion about X'. Swap 'I wanted to write' for 'I am writing to confirm'. Swap 'I think we should' for 'I recommend we'. Written words are re-read and forwarded, so each phrase you tighten works for you long after you hit send.
