The Cost of Silence
High-performing teams share one trait: members feel safe calling out problems early. Silent teams pay for it in avoidable rework — time burned because the person who saw the issue first decided it was easier to stay quiet than name it.

Specificity is the antidote to silence. Ask "How's it going?" and you invite "Fine." Ask "Which part of the onboarding flow is taking longest this week?" and you get a real answer — because the question names the terrain.
