LESSON 1 · The Feedback Playbook
Rotate the Question
Asking for feedback once tells you how one person sees you on one day. Asking on a rotating cadence tells you the truth.
Put the question to a different person each week — a peer, your manager, someone you rarely work with. Within a quarter you'll have a wide, honest read on yourself.
The payoff is pattern: when the same note comes back from three unconnected people, it's no longer one person's opinion you can wave off — it's a signal worth acting on.
