Numbers Beat Vague Words
In feedback, the impact is where vague words sneak in. "It caused problems" is fuzzy; "the deadline slipped by two days" is concrete. A specific number gives the other person a clear picture of what the action cost, so the feedback lands instead of bouncing off.

If you do not have an exact number, name the concrete effect. "The client went quiet for the rest of the call" beats "it hurt the relationship." Trade the vague label for something visible, so the other person knows what to do differently.
