One Observation, Not Five

The Microwave Rule: deliver one observation per conversation. Piling three critiques on top of each other triggers defensiveness and almost guarantees nothing changes. A single SBI statement delivered cleanly beats any performance-review essay.

The instinct to 'collect a list' before speaking up is the main reason feedback never happens. Microwave means fast, singular, specific — talk about the freshest moment now, not the accumulated file of the last six months.
