LESSON 1 · Thrive Working Remote
The Calendar Defense
Your calendar is a public document. Empty time reads as available time, and on most remote teams available time is the time colleagues book for meetings. The fix: block your three daily work-blocks the same way meetings are blocked. Name them. Make them visible.

Use your energy log to protect recovery windows, not just deep-work blocks. After heavy meetings, schedule admin or a walk before creative work. Remote productivity improves when you stop pretending every hour has the same cognitive weight.
