Track three signals, once a quarter: how stakeholders describe you, which opportunities arrive without chasing, and who requests your expertise from outside your team. Three signals are enough to spot a trend and few enough that you will actually check them.

Rising signals mean the system works. Flat or falling signals mean a leak: either your visibility dropped, or your behavior drifted from the reputation you want. Each quarter, ask one colleague: when my name comes up, what do people say?
