Start one conversation per day with someone you wouldn't normally talk to: the barista, a colleague from another department, a stranger at a meetup.

The first question sets the ceiling. "What is the hardest part of your week?" opens a real conversation. "How are things?" closes it before it started.

This habit builds a muscle that compounds. Over months, doors open that you never knew existed — often when someone mentions a stuck project or an unfilled role.
