Once per year, review your entire contact list. Identify relationships that have grown stronger, ones that need attention, and new connections worth nurturing — the full sweep takes an afternoon and prevents the slow drift that quietly turns warm contacts cold.

For each relationship, ask: "Have I added value in the last 12 months?" If not, send a genuine touchpoint this week. Block 2 hours in January for this review — it's the highest-ROI networking activity you'll do all year.
