LESSON 1 · Break Through Brain Fog

Fog Has a Source

Brain fog is not laziness, and it is not just "getting older." It is a signal — your brain telling you something upstream is off. The fuzzy, slow, can't-find-the-word feeling almost always traces back to a handful of usual suspects: inflammation, blood sugar swings, and poor sleep.

The trick is to treat fog like a detective, not a victim. For one week, jot down when it hits.
