LESSON 2 · Break Through Brain Fog

Train Your Focus Daily

Focus training works like physical training — short consistent sessions beat occasional marathons. Start with 15-minute deep-work blocks and add five minutes each week, stretching toward longer, sustained sessions.

Three rules during each block: one task only, phone in another room, and no browser tabs beyond the work itself. The first week feels like withdrawal. Over a few weeks, your sustained-attention window can stretch with less effort, because you have practiced the same pattern again and again.

Track your daily focus minutes the way runners track miles. The number itself becomes the motivator, and the upward trend proves the training is working.
