If-Then Planning
Vague intentions collapse the moment life gets noisy. "I'll exercise more" gives your tired brain a fresh decision to dodge.

The formula is simple: "If [situation], then I will [specific action]." For example: "If it is 7 AM and I've finished my coffee, then I will write for 30 minutes." The cue does the heavy lifting. When 7 AM and an empty cup arrive, the action is already wired to them — no debate, no willpower spent.
