Target Your Weaknesses

Amateurs practice what they are good at because it feels rewarding. Professionals practice what they are bad at because that is where growth lives. After every session, ask yourself: what was the hardest part? That answer is your starting point for next time.

The trick is to break a skill into its smallest parts. A basketball player does not just practice basketball. They isolate free throws, then left-hand dribbling, then defensive footwork, giving each one its own focused session.
