The 13th-Week Reset
After twelve weeks, take a buffer week. Review what worked, what did not, and what you learned. Celebrate completed goals. For anything that fell short, ask whether it was the plan, the execution, or the goal itself, then use that insight to build a sharper plan.
This gives you four 90-day cycles a year: four fresh starts and four chances to adjust course. Compare that to the annual model, with its one chance, one review, and usually one disappointment.
