LESSON 4 · First Impressions That Last

Daily Charisma Practice

You do not build charisma in special moments — you build it in ordinary ones. Here is a daily practice framework:

  • Morning: set an intention to be fully present in your first conversation of the day
  • Midday: practice one act of genuine warmth — a specific compliment, a thoughtful question
  • Afternoon: demonstrate competence without bragging — share a useful insight or solve a small problem for someone
  • Evening: reflect on one interaction and grade yourself on presence, power, and warmth

Consistency matters more than intensity. Five minutes of deliberate practice daily beats one hour-long workshop every month.
