Three Levels of Impact

Most people stop at level one: talking. They share information and assume the job is done. Level two is persuasion, making someone agree with your position. Level three is influence, changing how someone thinks or acts long after you leave the room.

Each level requires different skills. Talking requires clarity. Persuasion requires logic and emotion. Influence requires all the above plus trust, credibility, and timing. Most training stops at persuasion, but influence is where lasting impact lives.
