The Core Framework
Start by writing your big idea in one sentence. This is the single thing you want the audience to remember if they forget everything else. Then list your three supporting points — each a distinct angle on the big idea, not a repetition of it in different words.

Use the What-Why-How structure for your three points. Point one explains what the idea is. Point two explains why it matters. Point three explains how to apply it. This progression moves the audience from understanding to motivation to action.
