LESSON 1 · Storytelling That Captivates

Story Structure

Story structure is not a new invention. From Homer to Netflix, every great story follows the same skeleton: setup, conflict, resolution. The setup introduces a world and a character we care about. The conflict disrupts it. The resolution transforms it.

Skip the setup and your audience has no reason to care. Skip the conflict and there is no tension. Skip the resolution and listeners feel cheated. The blueprint is the scaffold that lets creativity stand tall.
