Small Yeses

A micro-yes is a small commitment that makes the next step easier to consider. It should be honest and reversible: agree on the problem, review one example, test one small action. Pressure breaks trust; momentum does not need force.

Consistency can help people follow through after they have chosen a direction. Use it ethically by reminding them of their own stated goals, not by trapping them in a decision they no longer believe.
