Thinking in Frameworks
Frameworks organize discussion. A simple one is "three angles": what could go right, what could go wrong, and what are we missing? A short framing sentence can save a long, unfocused detour.

Other powerful frameworks: Start, stop, continue for feedback sessions. Situation, complication, resolution for presenting problems. What, so what, now what for processing experiences. Leaders who carry a few reliable frameworks impose order without seeming rigid.
