Leadership Presence
Leadership presence is the ability to draw attention and inspire confidence without relying only on formal authority. Some people enter a room and others naturally orient toward them. Others hold executive titles and still struggle to get attention.

Presence starts before you speak. How you enter a room, where you sit, how you hold your body, and when you make eye contact all signal your relationship to power. Leaders occupy space confidently without aggression — they move deliberately and connect first.
