LESSON 4 · Lead Every Conversation

Command the Room

Your voice is an instrument of leadership. Tone communicates authority, warmth, urgency, and calm, often before listeners evaluate the words. A leader who says "everything will be fine" in a shaky voice weakens the message. Delivered steadily, the same words can create real reassurance.

A strong question can create authority without taking over the room. It shows you understand the real issue and gives the group a better path to think along.
