End skeptic conversations not with declarations but with questions that redirect thinking. "What would need to be true for this to work?" moves a skeptic from opposition to problem-solving. "If we solved that, would you be open?" isolates the real barrier.

Reframing is a skill that improves with deliberate practice. Take any negative statement and practice reframing it three different ways. Do this daily for two weeks and you will catch yourself reframing live in meetings — without conscious effort.
