The Action Vocabulary
Where you place strong words matters as much as choosing them. Save action verbs like "execute," "deliver," and "resolve" and conviction words like "confident," "certain," and "proven" for the moments that decide things — meetings, approvals, and presentations.
Used authentically at these decision points, they land. "I recommend we ship this in the next sprint" carries far more weight than "Maybe we should focus on this soon."
