Build Your Feedback Muscle
Receiving feedback is a skill that strengthens with practice. Actively seek feedback once a week from someone you trust. Start with low-stakes topics — "How was my facilitation in that meeting?" — and gradually work toward harder areas.

Keep a simple log of feedback you receive. Write the date, the source, the core message, and your initial emotional reaction. Review it monthly. You will notice patterns that a single piece of feedback could never reveal.
