When Leaders Fail
The most memorable leadership moments come from public failure handled gracefully. A demo glitch is not the moment to pretend nothing happened or blame the room. Keep your posture steady, name only what the audience needs to know, and bridge to what can still be shown. People remember how you carried yourself.

When you admit a mistake, the audience shifts from evaluators to supporters. As evaluators, they hunt for flaws. As supporters, they root for your recovery. That switch is hard to reverse — one clean admission often carries the rest of the presentation.
