Invisible Barriers

Several hidden factors decide whether your ideas gain traction or fade:

  • Timing — sharing at the wrong meeting or project stage kills even strong ideas
  • Framing — pitching solutions before the audience agrees there is a problem
  • Status — speaking from a position the room does not yet respect
  • Format — using the wrong medium (email when a conversation is needed)

Most ignored ideas fail on framing and timing, not on quality. The idea was fine; the packaging was wrong. And packaging is what an audience judges first.
