The Audience-First Flip

Most people present from their own perspective: "I built this because I think it solves a problem." Flip it: "Customers are abandoning checkout far above the rate we should expect." Same idea, but now it is the audience's problem.

Ideas gain traction with pre-built momentum. Before presenting to the full group, share your idea individually with two or three influential people. Incorporate useful language from those conversations so the public version already reflects the room.
