Real Versus Performed
Performed confidence often fails because audiences sense the mismatch: rushed pacing, over-rehearsed gestures, or a voice that does not match the words. Sustainable confidence starts with preparation and settles into the body through repetition.

Your voice communicates confidence through trainable parameters. Lower your pitch slightly if stress is lifting it. Slow your pace so the audience can process. The goal is not a fake deep voice; it is controlled delivery.
