Build Your Personal Phrase Library

Create a system that makes these phrases instantly accessible:

  • Start a note on your phone with categories: email openers, meeting phrases, polite disagreements
  • Add new phrases when you hear them — steal from colleagues, podcasts, and articles
  • Customize generic phrases with your own style so they do not sound robotic
  • Practice saying them aloud — written and spoken fluency are different skills
