LESSON 1 · Find Your Power Voice

Your Daily Reps

Build a confident voice with a short daily routine:

  • Record two minutes — speak, then play it back; most flaws are invisible until you hear them
  • End down — drive your pitch low on the last word of every statement
  • Use the pause — replace filler with silence; a two-second gap feels long to you but sounds in command to others
  • Breathe low — speak from your core, not your throat, so the sound carries
  • Ease off the gas — when nervous, most people speed up, so deliberately slow down
