LESSON 1 · The Daily Voice Warm-Up

Emergency Two-Minute Version

Sometimes five minutes is a luxury you do not have. For those moments, use this compressed protocol: take your three calming breaths, do 30 seconds of lip trills, then speak your opening sentence aloud once at a calm, measured pace.

This version drops the visualization and power stance but keeps the two essentials: a few calming breaths and vocal activation. Your voice will be warm and your opening rehearsed. Mental steadiness is less guaranteed, but physical readiness carries you.
