LESSON 4 · Question Everything
Your Starter Kit
Start applying the scientific method today:
- Turn beliefs into testable hypotheses — "I think X causes Y" becomes an experiment you can run
- Seek disconfirmation — look for evidence against your belief, not just for it
- Change one variable at a time — change diet, exercise, and sleep at once and you learn nothing
- Track results — memory is unreliable; write down actual measurements
- Accept negative results — a disproven hypothesis is not a failure, it is information
Thinking like a scientist does not make you cold or robotic. It makes you honestly curious about how the world works.
