Imposter syndrome responds well to cognitive restructuring. The goal is not to inflate your self-image but create an accurate one.

Externalize it. "I am having an imposter thought" creates distance. The thought is something you experience, not something you are.

Normalize the struggle. Talk to mentors about their self-doubt. The people you admire most have felt the same. You are not the only one faking it.
