From Expectations to Agreements
Healthy relationships run on explicit agreements, not invisible expectations. Agreements are negotiated, fair, and revisable; expectations stay unilateral until they are broken.

The shift from expectations to agreements requires vulnerability. You must say "I need this" out loud. But silently expecting and resenting is far riskier. Partners cannot meet needs they do not know about. Your vulnerability is the map that guides your partner to your heart.
