LESSON 6 · What Your Body Actually Needs

Your Body Has a Clock

Every cell in your body follows a circadian rhythm — an internal 24-hour cycle that regulates when you are most alert, when you are sleepiest, and critically, when your metabolism is most active.

The same meal eaten at breakfast versus midnight produces different metabolic responses. People who eat most calories earlier show better blood sugar control, lower body fat, and improved cardiovascular markers compared to habitual late-night eaters.
