Warm vs. Cool Undertones

Your undertone is the quiet color sitting under your skin's surface, and it barely changes with a tan. Warm undertones cast golden, peachy, or yellowish. Cool undertones lean pink, red, or slightly blue.

A fast first check: look at the veins on your inner wrist in real daylight, never under a yellow bulb. If they read greenish, you likely lean warm. If they read blue or purple, you likely lean cool. See a muddy mix and you may be neutral.
