Colors That Drain Springs
Not every color works for a Spring. Here are the shades to avoid and why:
- Pure black: too harsh against warm, light coloring; creates unflattering contrast
- Cool grays: wash out your skin's warmth and make you look tired
- Dusty or muted tones: muddy your brightness and make you look faded
- Deep burgundy or wine: too heavy for Spring's light, clear energy
- Icy pastels: too cool and clear for Spring's warmth — they belong to cooler seasons
If a color makes your under-eye circles more visible or your skin look sallow, it likely falls into one of these groups.
