The 60-Second Eye

You do not need ten eyeshadow shades and twenty minutes to make your eyes look great. A 60-second eye uses just two or three products: a neutral shadow, mascara, and optionally a subtle liner.

The key is understanding that eye makeup is about definition, not decoration. A light wash of matte shadow that matches your skin tone smooths the lid. A slightly deeper shade in the crease adds dimension. Two coats of mascara open the eyes completely.
