LESSON 5 · Style Rules for Men

Context Is Everything

The same outfit that kills it at a weekend brunch can be completely wrong for a Monday meeting. Dressing for context means understanding the unwritten rules of each situation and meeting them with enough personal style to stand out without standing apart.

This does not mean owning entirely different wardrobes for each situation. It means understanding how to adjust the same core pieces across formality levels. A few well-chosen basics can be dialed up or down to fit almost any setting.
