Manage the Triggers
If your dog barks at passersby through the window, block the visual trigger. Frosted window film, closed blinds, or rearranging furniture so the dog cannot reach the window perch removes the stimulus entirely.

For dogs that bark at outdoor sounds, mask the noise with white noise or soft music. Run it from a speaker near your dog's resting spot, especially at the times of day when the barking usually starts. Pair this management step with the training so the new habit has room to stick.
